Atomic Parts is the trading name of Atomic Garage, an Irish-registered business specialising in high quality BMW parts and accessories, operating the website at atomicparts.ie. Our registered address is Unit 9, Liosban Industrial Estate, Tuam Road, Galway, Ireland.
By using our website or placing an order, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age and that you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
We make every effort to describe our products accurately. However, product images are for illustrative purposes only and may not represent the exact item supplied. Specifications including dimensions, compatibility and part numbers are provided in good faith based on manufacturer data and may be subject to change without notice.
All descriptive matter, drawings, pictures and specifications on this website are for the purpose of giving an approximate description of the products. We do not warrant that product descriptions are complete, current or error-free.
It is your responsibility to confirm that a part is compatible with your specific vehicle before purchasing. Use our BMW vehicle selector or contact us if you are unsure.
All prices are in Euro (€) and include VAT at the applicable rate. Delivery charges are calculated at checkout and displayed before you complete your order.
We reserve the right to adjust prices to account for any increase in supplier costs, the imposition of new taxes or duties, or to correct a pricing error. If a product is listed at an incorrect price due to an error or omission, we reserve the right to cancel the order and issue a full refund. You will be notified before any such cancellation.
By placing an order on atomicparts.ie, you are making an offer to purchase goods. No binding contract exists between you and Atomic Garage until we send you an order dispatch confirmation email. An order acknowledgement or payment confirmation is not an acceptance of your order.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders - for example, if goods are out of stock, if there is an error in the product description or price, or if we suspect fraudulent activity. You will be notified and any payment will be refunded promptly.
We aim to dispatch orders within 1–2 business days. Delivery times within Ireland are typically 2-7 working days. We are not liable for any failure to deliver within estimated times caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to courier delays, adverse weather, industrial action or supply disruption.
Risk in the goods passes to you upon delivery. You are responsible for providing a correct and accessible delivery address.
You may select collection at checkout. We will notify you by email or phone when your order is ready. Orders not collected within 14 days may be subject to a restocking fee or cancellation.
It is your responsibility to ensure that all parts are of the correct application for your vehicle before fitting or painting. We always recommend verifying fitment using your vehicle's VIN or registration number before installation.
All parts should be installed by a suitably qualified person. Any attempt to fit parts by an unqualified individual may void the warranty. We cannot guarantee that a specific part will fit a specific application in all cases and we accept no liability for costs arising from incorrect fitment where the part was not verified before installation.
Parts that have been fitted, modified or painted cannot be returned, regardless of compatibility issues discovered after fitting.
You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving the goods under the European Union (Consumer Information, Cancellation and Other Rights) Regulations 2013. Goods must be returned unused, in their original packaging.
Return postage costs are your responsibility unless the goods are faulty or incorrectly supplied. Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned goods.
Under Irish consumer law, goods must conform to the contract for a minimum of 2 years from delivery. If a product proves defective within this period, contact us and we will repair, replace or refund as appropriate.
Warranty does not cover damage caused by incorrect installation, misuse or normal wear and tear.
To the fullest extent permitted by Irish law, our total liability to you in connection with any order is limited to the purchase price paid for the goods in that order. Under no circumstances shall we be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss, loss of profit, loss of use, or loss of data arising from your use of this website or the goods purchased.
We are not liable for any failure to perform our obligations caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, fire, flood, courier failures, strikes or supply shortages.
Nothing in these terms limits or excludes your statutory rights as a consumer under Irish and EU consumer law.
All content on atomicparts.ie - including text, product descriptions, images, logos, graphics and code - is owned by or licensed to Atomic Garage. All rights are reserved. Any copying, reproduction, transmission or re-transmission of our content requires prior written approval from Atomic Garage.
Third-party brand names and part numbers referenced on this site are used for identification purposes only and remain the property of their respective owners.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login details and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to notify us immediately at info@atomicparts.ie of any unauthorised use of your account or any other breach of security. We will not be liable for any loss arising from your failure to keep your account credentials secure.
